If you are trying to log in and the system will not let you in, then please consider this:
Have you changed (in any way) your email address.

All sign ins originaly had your email address, and the system checks this to ensure you are a bonafide user, so if over the years you have changed Email addresses then you need to send the Sec or me an email saying as much including your new Email and we (PeterP) will endeavour to fix it.
