Rear LED lights suit C3 - C4

Saw at Vanline Dist (Minto) a variety of LED lights.  The Glotrac were ~100mm round and had black rubbery surround that took it out to ~ 140mm. One red did stop/tail in red, but the Amber tail/blinker even though it is coloured amber when the tail is on, it is a red ring like the red tail/stop. Closest thing I've seen to having four (4) red tail lights on the rear of a vett. These are designed for trucks, trailers and vans and therefore dont have screws or holes - they rely on the black rubbery ring to mount them like a grommet. Has any one seen these or some thing similar or better ?..
