68 C3 Suspension

Hi I've recently purchased a 68 C3. I've noticed that it is sitting lower on the left hand side. Shocks are fairly new. It is still left hand drive. Is this common and can anyone recommend a suspension specialist in Sydney that could look at this? Thanks
