Hi all
My wife and I are looking for an 89-91 c4 convertible, preferably in NSW. Must be in very good condition.
I'd also appreciate any advice on buying interstate then transferring rego to NSW, just want to avoid any pitfalls
Thanks for any advice
Cheers

try Your best to find one you like, that is already registered in NSW,
ITS safer but still check everything
Come along to a run or meeting and talk to a few members , you will get more help that you might want.

Thanks Bfit after taking to RMS and local mechanics your dead right about trying to get a NSW registered one. I have a few shortlisted just wanted to see what else might not be on car sales and Gumtree.
I will definately join the club even though we are 5 hours out of Sydney we occasionally duck down for a weekend.

Buying out of state is  ok, as long as you know the pitfalls, and know exactly what paperwork you need to get with the vehicle.
If the vehicle is converted to RHD  is mandatory that you make sure the vehicle is compliant to the statutory requirements.
And all the numbers are correct on the paperwork.
