Time, The Predator That Stalks Us All

Black is not a colour, it's a life style

VETTENUT

Just pulled over to answer the phone! :banghead:

I couldn't do that again if I tried.

Actually getting back down to the track was the hardest part!
Now living the dream in God's country!

Conditions were not the best for the event
Nice parking I say under the circumstances

I'm confident I already put more road and track miles on mine than most folks here.

I'll get right on doing more when I get another one.  :noel:

The convention was a great experience
As was the track day even with the draw back of the weather
The day at the track
Points out all the handling issues that one has to attend to
Getting the power to the ground being a major issue
Bump steer, rear vision is a problem in the C3 on a clock vise track

You forgot "varying levels of driver skill" in among things it points out.

YOU
Are correct with that statement
The best of drivers have problems when the car is not behaving
And set up is no where near where it needs to be for a particular track
On the day the sprinkler running just above the RH at the end of the main straight made for some interesting car behavior.
I had a reasonable off on the back end of the track  when I got to wide of the line and put one wheel on the concrete edge about a 70mm lift on the LS front  brought about a bump steer I did not control  to make the next LH turn and ended  well off the track
At a reasonable pace

All good fun a long as you don't hit anything or  another car

I agree 150%.   Just having fun and enjoying the car is all that really matters.
