would anyone be able to help me get these two parts off my 1969 muncie 4 speed they are what I believe you refer to as 1st -2nd and 3rd-4th  input selector shafts? The actual selectors arm bolt onto them and both of these shafts are badly worn on the flats ? Sorry about the bad pic's I  got them sent to me by gear box mechanic...
Tks Jethro

Jethro,

Are you refering to the shift fork? The bit that looks like a horseshoe on the inside and is conected to a shaft that comes through the cover plate onto which the shifter linkages are bolted on to?

If so searching for "muncie shift fork" comes up with a number of vendors, seen a few for sale on US ebay too.
I've broken a few of these in the past with my old muncie, apparently they don't appreciate the finer points of flat changing.:drag:
NOW WE'RE TORQUING!
