Surging 6L80E Tiptronice Transmission.

HELP WANTED:

My 2007 pride and joy is fitted with a 307 kw 6 litre V8 and runs through a 6 speed Tiptronic Transmission.  I live in the Sutherland Shire of Sydney and am experiencing extreme difficulty in finding someone who can tune my transmission through the ECU. It appears to be trying to select two gears at once on the 2nd to 3rd gear change and surges badly during that process.

I was wondering if anyone could recommend  an expert in this field who has the capablities to access the Corvette tune through the ECU as the normal Tech 2 used by most GM dealers can't get access.  

Can anyone help me out PLEASE?
