C6 Vett

I am moving to Melbourne from the United Arab Emirates in a couple of weeks and would like to bring my 2005 model C6 vett with me.

I will ship it directly however can I have any advise on where I can get a conversion done in Victoria, and if not who is qualified under RAWS to handle such a conversion in Australia - and what are the ballpark costs involve.  

The vett is a coupe with an automatic transmission.

Any advise will be welcome, I will be gutted if I have to leave and sell the car in the UAE

I have heard that there is a company called Motor Cars International in Melbourne but I don't have their contact details.   Scott at Corvette Alterations 02 9971 8218 may be able to assist you with them.  Failing that I also believe there is a company up in Qld.  I'm sure one of the gang will drop in and help you out here.
