I can show you how to do it yourself. It is not hard, but takes a lot of time to do it properly for that show car finish.

You will need a powered buffer (it is too hard to do it all by hand) but you are better off with a small one than a large one. I can recommend to you the one I use.

Ahh my pet hate. I recently acquired a black car and have the same problem. As zedohsix says it does take a long time to do properly and i have spent a lot of time on mine with varying degrees of success.
A local panel shop quoted me $200 to buff the swirls out and i think i might take him up on it.
Black is really the worst colour for this sort of thing.

Hi guys
There are two type of paints
The old type which is acrylic
and the new type '2 pack"
The acrylic requires buffing compound designed for that type of paint
You can use a foam buffing pad (safer than lambs wool pad)
Then after you have gotten the marks out of the paint finish off with swirl remover
Making sure that you wash the "foam" pad often to keep the pad clean
If the marks are deeep you will have to block them out using water and wet/dry sand paper of a 1500 to 2000 grit
Then finish off by buffing and then swirl remover
Be careful doing this as it is very easy to break through the paint into the primer.
2 pack paint requires a different type of buffing compound but the method is very similar
The only difference is that you block the paint back with 2000 first before buffing
A little trick is to add water with the buffing compount this reduces the drying of the compound while buffing use a hand spray despensor for this and use it lightly as too much will thin the compound out too much
When buffing/blocking keep away from edges and sharp lines.;42

Oh and I meant to mention there are 2 basic types of foam pads
Standard in fine or course and then there is the waffle pad
The waffle pad is for finishing buffing as it has far less swirl produced;27
