Its an 86 Vette with about 40,000km on the clock from my last recall.

A mechanic friend of mine did all the mechanicals repairs and organised the recent respray. It was only for sale in the autosalon shop in beverly hills on consignment.

After going over the car i told my friend that a reasonable asking price would be around $30k mark.

I think its got the chain conversion on the steering?

dodgy dodgy dodgy. That was advertised on another dealer - AutoStyle - for $27K only 2 weeks ago. When I called up to view, they acted as if it never existed, then when i told them i had itin my web history and talked to them on the weekend about it, they said öh, it was presold.

It's in this month's Unique Cars for $27K or $28K... (can't recall the exact figure)

Have to agree about the doors, I saw the car last week as I was heading down parramatta rd. I didnt even stop to have a look.
