C4 lower front ball joints -any help ?

I want to replace mine has anybody learnt any tricks with these E.G. can the part be used from a holden?
Can one just buy the ball joint or do i have to buy the whole shebang..control arm etc.
Anybody know who has them in stock?

Ball Joints lower cost me $195.00 each at the time

Cheers for the help there guys...i've learned alot since i posted last. Got some great tyres [4] for fantastic price also front wheel hubs at a neat price and the lower ball joints for $130 each.
I still cant fathom why most Vette parts suppliers [exclude a couple ] in OZ dont have ANY notion about keeping a Vette owner happy. They just simply dont want to know you!! Daily whinge complete !!
