Mal, today I had to drive my son in the Vet to Kangaroo valley power station for a job interview. Travelled both ways on Kangaroo Valley Road, and just a warning if you are coming down this road to Berry on the day. It was one of the worst roads I have been on, apart from Pennants Hills Road. The surface of the road was that rough, that I will now have to spend the next week tightening every nut and bolt on the Vet. In a normal car, not so bad, but in the bone jarring suspension of our favourite sports car, not so pleasant.   :sigh:

can I offer the group  an alterative Mal ?  Run down Mt Ousley and meet at B.P. Srevo bottom of Mt Ousley Road (coffee, cakes an d toilet check) then I'm happy to lead those cars through and around south beach and along the back road (windang / shellharbour) and down to Gerringong /Gerroa fishoes?

Just another Option let me know

Hi Everyone. Its time to join your friends on a run south to Gerroa via Kangaroo Valley.

Lock it into your diaries. What is more important than taking your Corvette out. Not grand finals, not long weekends. But The smell of 98 octane in the morning.

Join us. Call me and let me know if you are intending to come along. Mal 0419 488 166 or email committee2@nswcorvettes.com.au

Full route for run

Start at Uncle Leo's Lot 1A Campbelltown Rd  Glenfield NSW 2167
(02) 9824 2888

Leave the Hume here

Southern Members may choose to meet here - near 146 Moss Vale Road Kangaroo Valley at 12 mid day.
Note:  To get here from the south the smoothest road is via Moss Vale Road near Nowra and not kangaroo Valley Road from Berry as it is too rough.

And on to Gerroa - 68 Crooked River Road Gerroa.

Hi Guys. We have tested out a good road from Kangaroo Valley to Gerroa. A little longer but the road condition is good. (Details are above along with maps). Anyone that would rather go with Jethro, (as he has kindly offered to lead) from the B.P. Servo bottom of Mt Ousley Road at 224 Princess Highway, Fairy meadows NSW 2519 (Meeting at the BP at 11:45 am for a 12:10 departure)‎
then on direct to Gerroa .  Please advise me if you rather this start point so that I can let Jethro know how many to expect. For all other Meet at Uncle Leo's or at Kangaroo Valley.

Please note on this run I will have 18 tickets available for the Club Xmas & 60th birthday party which will be held on the 8th of December. You can only attend via ticket as it is a catered event. $10 members and $18 non members. See me at Gerroa if you would like tickets or let me know if you want tickets posted (but you will have to contact Tracy to pay in advance). Cheers
