repost, sorry. Been informed originally posted in wrong area.

Hi Guys,

Ross here from South Australia.
For those that might be interested, my C2/C5Z06 project car, Prodigy, will be shown again at Motorex this year.

Regret we weren't able to bring her to your convention this year, but she was undergoing rework at the time.

I believe the approach with Prodigy's build is unique. It's not your typical restomod, proclassic etc. It may well be the most radical C2 out there.
In simplistic terms, Prodigy is a rebodied 50th anniversary 2003 C5Z06 with a heavily modifed C2 original old vette body, mounted ontop of the C5Z06 platform.

I've had some design cues rattling around in my head for what seems like forever, and I was not at all interested in retaining the stock body.
It was my dream/goal to redesign the body to my interpretation of what a '63 SWC could like like if it was made today.
Of course, huge changes were necessary anyway to accomodate the unaltered C5 undercarriage.
My team and I spent 7,500 hours building this car.

Thanks for your kind words guys.

Andy, many thanks for dropping by and saying hello, I appreciated that.
Thanks also for including Prodigy in your 'wicked' web site. Love your work.

We had a great time at Motorex, and my team really enjoyed talking to interested folk about Prodigy, and the massive journey we all had to build my dream.

It was one of life's special times for us, one that we will remember forever.
Now it's time to get it registered, and start driving her.

You are a connoisseur of body design shapes and contours
The convex and concave shapes blending perfectly.
And all in perfect proportion .

Oh
The car looks good as well

I have seen too many instances where people continue to pursue wrong courses of action because they do not take the time to think critically about what has happened in the past.’’
