For the computer savvyOnce form is downloaded and saved to your computer, open the document, fill in the necessary fields (fields will automatically adjust in size as you type your information), save it again to your computer and then email it to
brettgil@iinet.net.au along with your bank deposit information as described in “Payment Methods” shown below here

The good old fashioned wayOnce form is downloaded and saved to you computer, open the document and print it out. Fill in the necessary fields by hand, and post it off, along with you cheque or money order payable to HSV Owners Club of NSW or receipt of electronic payment to: Brett Gilles 46 Kulgoa Rd, Pymble NSW 2073
