Photos of the new one (Finally!!)

I must apologise in advance for not posting photos earlier, but between work and cleaning her up and a couple of tech difficulties, it's taken a bit over a month.  Whilst not rego'd yet, that will be done in the new year as I still need to do a coupe of things.  The ride height will come down a bit once over the pits so don't look at the ride height.

I have decided to keep the original name of  LUCFR or Luci for short, nasty in a sweet kinda way  ;54

Anyway, here she is....

Yes it is mate.  About 90% of what I was expecting so I cannot complain about that.  Goes like a trooper that for sure.  Chalk this up to a good buy without seeing scenario.

Thanks for the all the compliments guys.  As for the coupe, had a couple on nibbles, but nothing serious yet.  Probably has something to do with Christmas.  ;47  It still means that I have a vet to cruise in till the new one is on the road.:)

Nice looking car. What size is the 'Fat Rubber' on the rear? I like the rims too.

I hope it's just an illusion, but in the second pic it looks like there is somerthing crazy going on with the camber on the front wheel.

The rubber is 245/45/18 on the front and 275/40/18 on the rear mate and yeh, LOVE the wheels.  As for the camber it does look bad, but it isn't as bad as it looks.  She just came down off a jack and the middle of the driveway has a big hump in it.

There is a very slight toe in though because the front is raised about 1 1/2 inches and the rear about 2 (courtesy of VBP adjustable suspension) to get over rego.  All will be fine when she comes back down to it's original set point.  ;35

That's the exact tyre combo I was hoping for on my car :25
The rears sit flush with the guards quite well, and the rear tyre looks like it's stretched over the rim nicely.  I'm guessing it's a 10 inch rear rim. Would you have offset control arms under there as well, or do the larger diameter rims clear everything?

Yes Scott, they are 10" rims.  The wheels are custom and made with a 5.5inch offset if my memory serves me correctly.  As for the suspension set up, I'm still learning, it but it does have off set trailing arms, a dragvette kit, adjustable half shafts fiber mono springs etc, most of which I have very limited knowledge about.

As for the engine bay, well, all the polished components that left the US of A didn't arrive very polished.

This is what it will look like once finished in the new year
