Hello Vetters,,

I would like to get in early and place this up on the forum and cordialy envite you all to come to the 35th Annual GM Display Day at Penrith Panthers in 2008..

Last year we had 21 Vettes and Family turn up and it was awsome. This year is super special as its 100 years that chevrolet has been in buisiness.

And its also the theme of our event. Celebration of 100 years.

DETAILS

WHO: GM Day Committee of NSW

WHAT: Presents the 35th Annual General Motors Display Day (100 year celebration of Chevrolete)

WHEN: Sunday 27 April 2008

WHERE: Penrith Panthers, Mulgoa Road, Penrith

ENQUIRES: Myself as a GM Day Committee Member,

OK...Guys and Gals, this is another day when we get to put up our display and banner and show some cars. Lets try and get at least 20 cars to this day.

Hi fellas and gals,

We just have another 12 days to go.

I have a request for those attending, and in particular those with a a C6 Corvette. ;ay

The president of the All day Gm Committee has asked me if we could have a volunteer on the day that would like to place thier vehicle in a designated area (that will be patrolled by scouts (older children) to make sure your car isnt damaged) to celebrate the 35th Anniversary.

This is to showcase the specific models from every year bracket together. Originally i was asked if we could have at least 10 cars in this designated area, and i advised him that if we did that, we wouldnt have much of a display, and that corvette owners dont like to not be with there cars for not tool ong...;43

I have advised him that i will put the request forward and see if anyone is interested. It means that your car will be not in the clubs display and in veiw all day.

Secondly, i would like to thank all those who will be attending up front and will see you on the day.

Thanks for your generous offer... you dont need to register... on the day we will place you in the designated area with all the cars that have been assigned...

Lets keep our fingers crossed for the weather now !!!!

I will be there on the day rain hail or shine... either with or without my car as i am in the comittee.
