Well we went today to check these things out. I'm telling ya gang ya gotta go. These things are insane, and so dam loud. I mean I normally don't wear ear plugs at the track, which is probably why I'm half deaf, but I had to with these things.
Anyhow, we got there after lunch towards the end of the second round of the GT championships practise.
We then made our way over to the back of the pits. Went straight to the most important team
Where just near by I found these. Think thay would miss one? :22
We then moved on to check out some of the other competitors.
The loan worrier and his stead
Motor pre race test run
This beast seemed all alone with no one to play with.
;37
The pits started to come alive as the second round of track testing was about to start.
Start Ya Bastard.......Oh Hell, we forgot the driver. :grr
That lonely car found his friends. ;29
The boys were finally out on the track for their second test of the day
You might find these pics of the big screen interesting
Such concentration, and he hasn't even left the pits yet.
I tell ya these things move quick and at close range, getting pics is not always that easy
But I got him in the end. Though I wont tell how many times it took me to get it :22
We then moved back to above the pits to get some high shots as I new the boys would be pitting soon.
You got to love the camera motor drive. I know I do
Leaving Pit Lane
Entering Pit Lane
Well it was time to go. I'm absolutely going to put this event on my calender for next year. If practise was like this I want to see the full show.
On the way out I had to squeeze off these two pics. Talk about wide.
Hope you all enjoyed. Catch ya's later.

Have a look in our other events section
