ORDERING THROUGH CORVETTE CENTRAL
Cameron 77C3:
For what's it worth I always called ecklers when I was ordering some big bulky heavy parts, well for that matter anything I was ordering no matter how big, and always requested that they came with BaxGlobal and to provide the shipping cost. The contact I have at BaxGlobal always looked after me and I think a few of the other guys have had the same experience.
E-mailing Ecklers is like sending an e-mail to Santa. You'll never get a reply. It's an American thing. If you want answers you have to call them and if they don't have the answer straight away you'll have to call them back. People in the states just don't seem to return calls. Having said that eckelers would always call me back. But then I was up at ungodly hours of the morning.
Secondly if you want parts and you want them ASAP I have been using Scott at Corvette Alterations towards the end of my project. Now people say he is expensive and Scott will admit that himself but the service is great. He always calls to see if the parts have arrived and to check that I'm happy with them. If there are any problems he always calls and lets me know. Never leaves you hanging wandering were the goods are. The man is also a wealth of information. I can not count how many times he has pointed me in the right direction. So not only is he supplying goods but great tech support and there are no problems with freight as those cost are built into his cost. Suppose that’s why they are the cost they are.
All of the above is based on my experiences and not to be taken as Gospel.

I agree with Joe,
The others may have more items, but Corvette Central is just A1 for service and reliability and cost in shipping frieght.
