I don't know about C5s, but Peter at
Hoppers Stoppers
is fairly knowledgeable on Corvettes in general. He may be worth a try. I have one of his upgrades on the front of my car.

I have up graded the brakes on my C5, and have a set of front rotors, calipers and pads.
All in great condition.
Let me know.

DBA Australia
http://www.dba.com.au
sells C5 rotors through Repco. Part numbers are in the DBA online catalog or Repco can look them up.
I buy my race pads through AP Racing who will cut a pad to suit the Vette profile. Otherwise, the Vette pads are identical in shape to a late model Commodore. The Commodore pad has a metal tongue which can be removed. The only other issue is that the Commodore pads have a smaller pad surface area with the same backing plate.

The entire Brake system is made by PBR Australia
But knowing the part numbers is the problem.
ABS are an agent for PBR, they maybe able to help
