Well left home & it was fine, 4 Vettes, 4 shopping trollies and coffee at Waterfall Cafe, followed by rain and more rain and... even the ducks and the brush turkey were coming in out of the rain
From there to Kinkumber Hotel, nice venue, good meal choices and very fast service. And more rain.
Poor OLD Wayne had Alternator issues & only just got into the Hotel car park before the flat battery gave up.
Was home by 3.30, just managed to see the traffic banking back from the bridge as I was going down from Joels Bridge.
Quickly just managed to get off the LH side and onto the old bridge and zero traffic on the old highway untill I could get back later onto the M1. Thence plain sailing home.
Thanks Pete, most enjoyable day out, and I got to test all the corvettes gear, knobs, dials, AC, wipers everything worked a treat, I'm sure that Wayne wishes he could say that.
