Me and B are Booked, we visited this resort recently, very nice, overlooks the pool and ocean waters.
Make sure you ask for an Ocean View room since they do have Mountain View rooms at the rear of the resort (over car park)

The RSL is part & parcel, fully incorporated with the resort. Very cosy. All flat walking into the village shops, beach etc.

Book now - "he who hesitates is lost".

The Club has already paid a holding deposit.

So it would be good to let Mandy know you are coming along.

Good to see members from Port McQ have booked, and the C'Coasts "Old Stalwarts" have also booked.
Pete & Jean please feel free to rattle the chain up there, I think they may be asleep or maybe Forum & Fbook is a bit too new for them, feel free to stick a bomb under them. David - just because you only have a "stinger" (err yuk wash my mouth out), we will still extend our hand in invitation - plse park right over the back.

We have a good turnup for this event. But there is still room -- but we need to finalise with the RSL Club our numbers

Quite a few members have paid the $103 in full so as to save stuffing around on the night and allowing the Treas to enjoy the night as well - not to mention Organiser Mandy, who I'm sure would like to unwind on the night and not be chasing people.

So please if possible (and your sure you will attend) then log onto your bank and pay the remainder.

In the advent of numbers dropping below the cut off, I guarantee you will get back all but the Deposit of $15/head in most cases $30.

Because of your unprecedented response, we have negotiated with the RSL Club to extend our cutoff.

If you are considering this event, then you had better get a wiggle on.

Contact Co-ordinator Mandy, if staying the night, organise with Mantra Resort for accomodation.

Do a D'dep of $15per head ($30 for most of you) or better still deposite the full $103/for two.

Come along and enjoy the luncheon or weekend which ever suits you.

( On this date we need to give RSL Club final numbers and we (NSWCC) pay the full amount up front )

Please ensure YOU have "paid in full" by Direct Deposit of $51.50/head into the Clubs account. See Mag for Acct Details.

I will not be carrying cash on the night, therefore NO Change - (I'll give you an IOU)
Which I'm sure I'll repay in due course at a run or meeting or when we next meet..........

Yes Member - I'm talking to you, Mandy will be sending out an email requesting finalisation of your bill.

Please pay Direct Deposit - as I said I wont be caring loads of cash for change - so you will get an IOU.Of course you know I'll fix that IOU (in due course of course) as soon as possible.

Your club is required by the RSL to pay for the complete function in advance.
We are already covering certain costs as a service to our members and in the 40th Anniversary spirit.

And dont worry I can assure you this was not your Treas idea. Bah Humbug.

We still have members who have commited to attend this function but who are obviously not fully committed as their "Deposit" has not been recieved let along payment in full. As an Xmas jesture to your old Treas, please do a Direct Deposit asap.

One of the most common questions the committee gets is "I cant do it because I dont know the bank details".

Grab your Magazine - page three (the one with all our loverly faces on) at bottom right hand side is BSB & Acct #

Looking on Google maps, it seems The Diggers is part of the large Mantra Hotel complex and parking is shared (some external and some underground). Might be a good idea to get there early and stakeout some spaces.

GTC - there is plenty of parking.

About 2/3 under ground - entry next to the Club/Mantra Receptions.
1/3 is open paved car park, whilst there is cctv coverage - there is no one watching. Open air is however prone to bird crap.

We had no issues with getting a spot downstairs, and yes earlier the better as it does fill up with RSL patrons.
I just checked my car 5mins ago, there are 40 maybe 50 downstairs parking vacant. Some is reserved for Residents but there have signs and or a metal baricade.

Once in, take lift up to Mantra Recpt if your staying.
