Now with reference to my opening statement around the subject of misuse of e'mail data.

After a lot of feedback and some file searches, I have reluctantly identified the culprit.

Way back in April an email concerning CMC was sent advising members on that function.
The Sec was most likely thinking about hotels in the UK, and inadvertantly sent it out without the usual BCC.

Our appologies for this omission.
