Probably like my Mustang bob, take key to rear and put in the key hole above the plate, turn on/off five times dash will say " ready for fob 3" (whatever) .
Then place new fob into slot in or near the glove box, has to be right way around., after a few seconds dash will say " ready for fob 4"  simple.....

I have tried everything , that I can find on the web .
No good.
Even the tech 2 won't do it. With tech2 set up and remote programming activated , nothing.

Yes  tried that to.
I may have to pull the dash and see if the sender is in there next to the slot

[PDF] C6 Fob Programm Instructions...........

@ brazosrivercc.com tech-tip- articles..

Pdf file which sets out concisely the procedure, if it does not work - then I suggest its the work of the converters once again.

If you are lucky it will be hanging behind dash - else they cut it out and tossed it in the too hard basket.

I wonder who did your conversion!?!

Three guesses start with perform and expand.
I have contacted them three  times,
It's is quite odd they have  no idea of what was done in the conversion,
it would not surprise me if the transmitter  in the glove box is not there
