You should get your crank and rods inspected/tested/measured before you do anything else. If all is good then your machinist will tell you which size bearings to use.
This is inexpensive insurance by getting someone to check. I had my pistons and crank measured and crack tested, one piston had a hair line and the crank was junk.
All came out of a running engine.
Could get messy if there is something wrong with them and you slap it back together.
