CLUB PLATES open question to the Higher Arky
« on: December 12, 2014, 01:01:38 PM »
Currently looking at Trading Post - "Nice 87 Corvette 2D Roadster LHD" and goes on to say "Auto, can be registered LHD on club rego......."  QUESTION - the above is based in Vic - so are their club plates like ours or is this BS or a con or what?! ....... Your words of wisdom would be muchly appreciated. (Not bad for $22K depends on v rubbers).

Vic system is different to NSW. See here: https://www.vicroads.vic.gov.au/registration/limited-use-permits/club-permit-scheme/car-club-permits.
Modern cars qualify at 25 years v NSW with 30 years.

 think about this

Definition of Serfs
Medieval Serfs were peasants who worked his lord's land and paid him certain dues in return for the use of land, the possession (not the ownership) of which was heritable. The dues were usually in the form of labor on the lord's land. Medieval Serfs were expected to work for approximately 3 days each week on the lord's land. A serf was one bound to work on a certain estate, and thus attached to the soil, and sold with it into the service of whoever purchases the land.

Question
What has changed in our society today , other that the terminology

I have seen too many instances where people continue to pursue wrong courses of action because they do not take the time to think critically about what has happened in the past.’’
