Change of plans. The coffee stop on the mystery tour wanted money up front and if you don't turn up i have to pay for you. Now I do like you but not that much when money is involved. So we are in for a real mystery now as I have been called to Melbourne to meet my new Bosses. That will mean you might end up with buying coffee from a thermos from me due to a lack of time to find a new venue. Luckily my friends Pete, Paul, George and Lord of the RingO will find me somewhere for the run to Mysterious places. Please hurry and book your place as there will be a cut off very soon. Even if it rains make sure you still come cause there ain't no harm in getting a Vette wet. Cheers Mal.

Don’t forget that Daylight Savings commences at 2 am next Sunday and that you should set your clocks forward by one hour before you go to bed on Saturday night.

More importantly, don’t wake up late and get to Mal's meeting point an hour later than you should have on Sunday morning.

“Final call for Mal’s mystery tour”

I’ve been informed Mal is in Melbourne today of all places. Hope It’s nothing to do with this weekends run or we may end up on the Spirit of Tasmania.

As Mal is keeping this a secret, only the Coffee shop and Lunch destinations have been informed of our attendance.

Which now creates a huge dilemma, how many to cater for?

Numbers attending are essential to make this run smoothly. If you plan on just turning up without notice this then creates a huge problem with seating along with service time. I’ve been on a few events lately, where numbers have grown without notice then have people commenting/complaining on the service time, so please, you need to contact our mystery man Mal 0419 488 166 ASAP or someone on the Committee, as the cut off time is 12:01 pm tomorrow 02/10/14.

PS: We’ve been to Tassie in the Vette before. Great place to visit & remember to put your clocks forward 1 hr on Saturday night.

Please note guys you will be able to get home in time for the football. South coast members can pick up the group after coffee if they do not want to start at uncle Leo's as we pass a spot to be asigned when i can find a place tomorrow. Unfortunately work has prevented my working tbis out to night. Watch this space.

Dear Travelers, Tomorrow is the big day. So hope you are all ready for it. I have been asked if there is a meeting point for those coming from the south? I have decided that the only place would be for southerners to meet at MacDonald's Picton (Argyle Street Picton) as we will pick you up at just before 12 mid day. The only way to be able to join the main group for the coffee stop is to start at Uncle Leo's. If you intent to start from Picton please let me know so I can watch for you as we pass.

Those starting at Uncle Leos (leaving 10 am) will travel a short trip to morning coffee (unfortunately many places are closed for the long weekend. But I have found a tasty little morsel for you). Stopping for approx 1 hour you can coffee / tea and cake your self silly. But remember you will be having lunch as well so don't fill up too much. We will then head on via Picton to our final destination in the nether region. This is so exciting. I can't wait to find out where we are going! PLEASE REMEMBER TO TURN YOUR CLOCKS FORWARD TONIGHT.
