One of the lads bought another machine, 7 seater no less.  Talk about grunt..  Gunedah field show and back in a day.

I thought mag cover photo's without a caption on the inside page were bad enough, but ariel photo's with no caption are worse - I'm  now raking the brain trying to decide the river location - umm Hawkesbury and Colo confluence I'm  guessing. I used to get around the state in medium to light aircraft (not pilot) with telstra - and choppers not since 69~70. I think I envy your luck.

Now that was easy - I  was close - a couple of bends out - Mcdonald River & Hawkesbury and getting up into the black soil country at Gunny.
