72vet is  correct. This is the place we went to for lunch after the Regatta Breakfast run. The Regatta centre is a problem for advanced booking and has regular competition from the bike clubs.

All Ford Day, Eastern Creek
There will be a special display of Mustangs to celebrate the 50th Anniversary. To help subsidise the production of an individual corflute display sign with adaptable support, participating members will be asked to supply a high resolution photo of the vehicle in attendance including a description and other information to be printed on the sign. The estimated cost is $20.00 per sign.
Members will first meet off site and then enter the display area in ordered groups according to year of manufacture, type and colour. There will be a limit of 100 cars.
See Page 22 for the All Ford Day Registration Form,
closing date for submissions 2nd April 2014 to Phil Preston (Treasurer).

Gary, I think cars roll in from about seven. This link will take you to the page.  http://shownshine.info/csnswcsle.htm.  Five bucks a car or goldcoin donation to have a look. Looks more like a hot rod and custom show but it is always worth a look.  Saw a couple of mustangs down there last year.
