1969 Corvette AM/FM radio

Hi their

I have an original 1969 Corvette AM/FM radio to go back into my corvette. I was wondering if any body knows where I can get the radio fixed/refurbished, its in rough shape?. I'm unsure of the operability also missing adjusting knobs.
