As always, "worth" depends on the viewpoint of the potential buyer.
When reading an ad for any sort of product, it helps to delete all the subjective adjectives from the seller's description and concentrate on what's left.

I see 'rare' on too many car ads. It's marketing speak like 'new and improved'. I'd classify an immaculate base model AU falcon as rare, but it still doesn't mean it would be worth much.

1970 base car with 3 speed manual optioned trans base level motor
rare as rocking horse sh_t and worth ?
probably less manufactured supplied than the L88 in 1970

Ah, this old chestnut.
In the end it's worth what people are prepared to pay for it. In the Mustang world I've seen a few 1 of 1 cars with Marti reports, one recently was the only one that came out of the factory ordered with a radio.
Would you pay much more for this option or way more than the same car in better condition without a factory radio?
Unlikely.
