August 17 Shannons Sydney Classic 2014 CMC Day #CE056 Now with pics

Good Morning Everyone
The CMC is seeking volunteers to assist with the setting up at Sydney Motorsport Park on Saturday 16th of August and the event on Sunday 17th. If you are attending the SSC this year and members of your club can spare a couple of hours to help out at the event, we will be hosting a Volunteer’s meeting prior to the event. The more information we can give our volunteers will make their roles so much easier and it will be a great help to the committee if we allocate specific roles to people before the day. We are certain this approach will make things flow more smoothly, which is to the benefit of the volunteers, the clubs who are taking part and the Committee, on the day.
We have booked a room at the Greyhound Social Club, 140 Rookwood Road, Yagoona, for Saturday 9th August from 2pm to 4pm with afternoon tea provided. If you can help out with the event would you please let me know by next Wednesday 30th July, whether you can attend, we would be very grateful.
If you or your club members would like to volunteer, but can’t make the meeting that’s okay, we can still use your help, but I would need to be able to add names to the list of volunteers. So, an email or call would be very much appreciated.
