Custom headers
« on: March 03, 2014, 08:04:43 PM »
Hi gang,

Anyone out there recommend an exhaust place that they have used for header fabrication on their Vette.
Have been doing the ring around to a few places and most are more interested in the bolt on and off systems to the family car. :barfaway:

Chris at  best mufflers at Carlton did Priscilla.  He's a busy man though

for bookings. Due to heavy workload around 4 months notice is required for custom headers and some custom system manufacturing, most other jobs require around one weeks notice."

You could try Sureflo at Ingleburn.

Just have a chat with Greg, he can make you up a set of headers and have them ceramic coated if you want.

Did an excellent job on my 77, Priscilla as she's known LOL,  Often get asked who did the work.  No complaints from me at all

Liverpool exhaust are Ok too, you just got to get the right bloke there to do the work.  i.e.. be in the know.  Will be getting my pipes for the Dodge done there but only because of the delay with Chris at Best Mufflers.

Chris did the exhaust system for my 69 vette some time ago from midway back, and his work was superior. Had patience and took his time to get all clearances correct.
