Hi everyone, Happy New Year.

I saw these models in Perth and can only assume they are a series of cars that starred in Hollywood movies over the years. I don't know any other details so please search for yourselves if you want one.

We have decided to go to LA next June to pick up a C3. Does anyone have any info on where to find one? I.e. a reputable dealer? Someone to AVOID? Has anyone dealt with Hobby Car Corvettes, Martinsburg PA.

I plan to use Mick Donaher from US Muscle cars in Caringbah to import it. I was at the monthly meeting when he gave his presentation.

Any other helpful info would be greatfully received.

Hello Andy,

There are numerous dealers in the states, however the No.1 dealer that comes to mind is Mikes Corvettes in Anaheim California which isn't to far from LA.. The cars he has tho are top notch stuff and you will have to pay up.  :thud:  Here is his web page:

Or , another one that comes to mind is Mershons Motorsports which is unfortunately in Springfield Ohio up north in the States.  :banghead: .. where the Simpsons are.. :leaving:  Here is there Link.

Just remember, whilst its safer dealing with a dealer, you will be paying premium prices because of overheads, and other fees that come with running a business.

The only other suggestion is to either check some of the classifieds in the states and look for ones located in the LA region and go and personally visit them... Also look at Ebay  :pepper:, cause there are many dealers at the moment advertising cars.  Good Luck

Would anyone be willing to take me for a ride in their C3? Mainly to see if I fit? (I'm 6' 1"). I'm sure I would be able to repay you. Maybe some spares while I'm in LA??? Any one interested?
