Just received the cost of the rooms per night from the Marina Resort. To make it less confusing they are offering us a group rate, which is:

Saturday night - Bed and Breakfast $180.00 per room Twin Share
Sunday night - Dinner, Bed and Breakfast $180.00 per room Twin Share.
This would be run of house and first in best served.

Update folks.

Our Saturday night dinner will be with Moonshadow Cruises.

The Moonshadow Explorer or Moonshadow V Supercats have restaurant style indoor seating, triple 360 degree viewing decks, open sundeck and bow areas, licensed bars (including cocktail bar) live entertainment + dance floor, if your that way inclined.

The cruise runs for 2.5hrs (7:15 to 9:45pm)
$63.00 pp – Buffet dinner, See Menu http://www.moonshadow.com.au/twilight_menu.php

To make the booking as painless as possible for me, the cost of your dinner will be added onto your bill at the Marina resort.

Final numbers will need to be confirmed no later than 21st January, for the accommodation and Dinner Cruise.

If anyone is planning to only join us for the dinner you will have to let me know ASAP so I can make the arrangement for additional seating.

Only the Sunday lunch drive to organize now and we’re all set for another enjoyable weekend away.

Lynne and I will be there with the Z.  Not sure what time we will be there as I have to attend a rugby union event on the Saturday morning (Crescent Head 7's - a fabulous event).

When I rang tonight it wasn't Tim and the gent on the phone didn't know what was really happening, he knew about the Vettes but not much about anything else.  I asked for Tim to ring me back :))))

Hi Richard, will be great to catch up with you both. 

Tim is the one who is looking after us. The guy you spoke to last night must be the night janitor; I had the same reply from him when I first called a few weeks ago.

As soon as a person reserves a room, I’ve asked Tim to assume they will be going on the Saturday night Dinner X2.  I’ll be contacting him just before the cut off date to make sure no one misses out.
