It is with much regret that I advise of the passing last night of committee member Warryn Stenning's dad, following a long fight with cancer. Our deepest and sincerest sympathies go out to Warryn, his mum and family at this sad time. Our thoughts are with you mate.

I've never met Warren in person but we have spoken on the phone.

When I lost someone close to me I was given this quote - I'm not sure where it originally came from but it has always stuck in my head.

"Remember me with smiles and laughter, for that is how I will remember you. If you can only remember with tears, then don't remember me at all."
