Dewitts

They are made especially for corvettes.

You can purchase upgraes that are of stock appearance or you can go fancy. either way - Dewitts is meant to be the best hands down for Corvette radiators.

If anyone has a better option for me or 87 droptop please let us know....

I will be ordering mine in about 4 weeks (after I pay for the endurashine edelbrock manifold I just got) OUCH $$$ but shiny :bannana:

AAJC

I bought mine from www.aussiedesertcooler.com.au/

Not the cheapest, but I believe made in Adelaide & designed for our conditions. Its been in for 3 years now & works great, even in summer trafic jams.

Hope it helps

No pictures at the moment, but I will be doing some work under the bonnet soon, so I will try to take some pics then.
Looks like being a nice weekend, so I'd rather take it out for a drive before I do anything else.

Have agood weekend guys.

A lot of rod people told me not to use aussie desert coolers cause they all end up leaking + I had my stock radiator recored there a few years back and it leaks now, hence why Im upgrading.

Im glad yours is still going well AAJC, but once bitten .......

btw: i must admit the aussie desert cooler with the lot you always see advertised in street machine looks awsome. If a few more people chime in with an aussie desert cooler radiator's still going good that could change my mind.

All I can tell you is I'll be buying a Dewitts for my Vette and an Aussie Desert Cooler for my HQ ute that has a 350 chev.

I have read many positive things about the Dewitts and only ever heard a few comments about the Aussie Desert Cooler.

In the end it comes down to "You get what you pay for".

Reklaw

There's quite a few comments on the www about  Aussie. .Nuff said??

Good or Bad ?  I've never investigated.

EDIT:

I just did some googling and will not be buying an Aussie Desert Cooler anytime soon!

Thanks for the heads up.

Scott

Apparently PWR are the guys to go to it you want a good aussie made radiator.  Aussie Desert Coolers has a hit and miss reputation.  Some will be fine, some will be the friday arvo special.
