Sydney Co uses the original rack makes a new head and internal gear to drive the shaft, its not really rocket science, its a matter of getting the gear reversed and replacing the existing shaft back into the gear and haveing the 2 pieces bind perfect, so tolerences have to be spot on, thats the problem I am having with this clown, hes trying to save a few bucks at my car expence, if the shaft turns in the gear you could very well end up in a box, I nearly did along with my daughter, I can find gear makers here no problem, he uses a company in NZ, which just makes everything difficult to solve, I have told him how to solve it but he is a diik head and wont listen, I am about to take the rack from him and have it done myself.
QLD are now using the same manufacturer in NZ, so they are out as well, I have been in contact with them.
