This was a pic of my car taken at Cops & Kids day yesterday - Alex (Thunder kiss) emailed me this GIF version that he whipped up this morning - I had to laugh!

Thanks Alex, you're a top bloke...

It's something that the police organize for terminally ill kids to have a "day out".

It's pretty works much like this: a bus load of the kids show up - they see all these trucks, motorbikes, cars etc and they get to have a ride in anything they want.

Then after all that - everyone cruises to the airport and the kids get to go for a fly. The police also had their drag car there and the kids got to go for drag runs up the runway!

At the airport the cops put on a free lunch for everyone, free drinks and deserts etc as well as having the police band perform.

It is a great day. The kids love it.

I did want to upgrade them to a set of Foose rims, but once I saw a pic of them on a Vette (Alex found this pic as well!) I wasn't as enthused about them. I'll stick with what I've got for now.

No worries Demonx, it only took 5-10 minutes using Photoshop and ImageReady.
The Foose wheels on that C3 look as though they may be 19" or 20".  I think 17" versions would look better on that car.

I don't think they look "deep dish" enough. The center is cool - it's just not deep enough.

I'd be putting 20" on my car if I ever upgrade. I'm by no means a traditionalist!

I'm not that excited about the rims, but I think the day out with the kids is excellent!!!!!

Would be nice to see this done by Corvette Clubs in ALL STATES.

The rims in that pic just look to tall for the car in my opinion.
