Here is my prediction...

Under the current regime....In a mere 11 years... 2019...when 1989 is 30 years ago....

All Corvettes younger that 30 years will have been RAW'ed (unless they are the few Personal Imports or such)....

And from 2019, i.e. all Corvettes manufactured after 1989 will have to be RAW'ed unless they change the 1989 law.

But then fuel is going to get seriously short 30 years later so who really cares....   :}

That's why I bought a big block. So one day when there is no more fuel and I am old, I can look back a know. That while I had the chance, I used as much as I possibly could.
