Ooooops!
« on: February 15, 2006, 08:24:45 AM »
I took the 64 out for a bit of a run on the weekend and everything was going well until I rounded a bend and heard a metallic sound like I'd run over a piece of metal on the road.
No problem so I thought....some poor bugger had lost something off his car. As it turned out, the Vette had tossed most of its rear trailing arm spacers! I was the poor bugger.
So now I'm looking for a set of rear trailing arm spacers for a 63-82 Corvette. If anyone has some laying around or knows of some place where I can locate a set I'd be grateful.
It's quite unnerving to accelerate hard and find the car wants to go in a totally different direction than you'd had in mind!

I'll be home in 2 weeks, can mail you a set if you want to wait.

Have you sent my goodies?
