Corvette Hire West Coast USA

Gday Guys, I have a mate going overseas in April who is asking for advice on the best place to Hire a C6 while in the states. His preference is to have a coupe to drive from San Fran to LA.
If anyone has hired a vette in the states or knows of anyone that has, any advice would be greatly appreciated. He has even promised to send a smoke show video for the boys in the club.

I hope he's taking highway 1 for that trip :)
I was there around this time last year and drove san-fran to LA along highway 1 in a convertible mustang.  Funds didn't stretch to a vette, plus I don't think our suitcases would have fit.

He sure is, poor bugger is over in April on his Honeymoon. One quote - $200 a day for the first 200 mile then he has to pay mileage on top + rental.
