Ebay australia does not have  reserve on motor cars...the starting price is the reserve...mm so let us see how much it will sell for

YES they do. Its everything else they don't have a reserve price o, but they charge something like $10 to put a reserve on a car, so most people don't add that option.

This car as most people would know has been listed about 3 times on ebay and keeps getting pulled when it only reaches the $55k mark. I doubt they will get what they are wanting.

Well, given that Corvettes are in a similar market to Hot Rods (in my opinion) I'm not surprised the car has been sitting unsold for so long.  I'd say its more a reflection of the market than the car.

Not many people out there are looking to buy a full-on showcar with a big hp motor sticking out of the hood, no matter how well executed it is - even fewer are prepared to spend the money. ;42

If I had the $$$ lying around I'd buy it in a heartbeat. :v
