OK, what i wanna know is, when did half the vettes pi$$ off out of there? Because I was there around midday, and there were only 5 vettes, 3 c3's, 1 c1 and 1 c4, and i figured there'd be more (I met a guy the day before at the servo at new lambton who said he'd be there - and as the photos prove, he was there (silver c3) among others) and when I got there I was a bit disappointed. That and the fact that I didn't find you Glenn or anyone else for that matter... :(

ah well...

well as the picture proves i WAS there,i did go home for about 90 minutes to gharge up my battery for the camera, maybe that is when you were there,in the first pic of this post on page 2 ,shows 4 c3's,1 ci,1 c2 allso up near the stage was the deputy mayor,s 78 black and silver vett ,a red left hand drive 76 showed up late.the silver c4 you spoke about was a guy i met at the hexam show and told him about the kurri festival ,that makes 9 vetts.as for the vetts in sydney well,i guess they do not drive them in the rain?

Mattrix

Yeah, I did see your car, hovered around it for a while thinking i might catch yourself but no dramas  :)
and yeah, i think the rain thing doesn't help either. Shame really, it's usually a good event - it was still pretty good yesterday though I know it can be better if you don't have that nasty rain showing its ugly face.

ok I was lying before. I actually saw 4 c3's. I forgot about the one with the 25th anniversary paint job. Who owns that? I couldn't work out why someone would buy what appeared to be a 77 model and put a 78 paint job on it... maybe i just don't know my vette history...?
