Ok the Brass Monkey Run has come and gone and if you didn't make it you missed out big time.  Total of 18 corvettes and 1 shopping trolley, which was a pretty good turnout considering the weather forecast. Wayne and Debra did a fantastic job organising this run.  Morning tea at the Ginger Bread House in Katoomba was much appreciated, the temperature was 2 degrees (felt like -4).  Luke & Janet had a Ham & Cheese Toastie that was UNFORGETTABLE!!!  Great company & great food.  The weather -  mmmmmmm it was definitely cold but part of the fun.  Lunch at Mt. Tomah Botanical Gardens was delicious after Wayne  gave us a "guided" tour of the gardens.  Also lucky door prizes were supplied by Wayne.   Again thanks to Wayne & Debra for their time & effort.   Ray & Joy

The members that skipped this one... well maybe next year its a cold run  so no surprises there

What a great run. And yes I had the "shopping trolley". I don't have to say it was cold , because after all it was the Brass Monkey run. Although it did not snow on us we could see it on the ground and the parked cars, we did get some sleet, My hat goes off to Luke , Janet and kids as they were the only ones to have the roof off( as per tradition) I think that the rest of us are getting less adventurous as we proceed in age. Welcome to our new member Enouk, who attended the run in his 78 C3. Once again a big thanks goes to Deb and Wayne for their commitment to the club and organisational skills in organizing this event (and weather). So come on every one else "GET YOUR VETTES OUT"
