Castle Hill house fire started as classic care were being restored

Two men were lucky to escape with their lives after they accidentally set their northwestern Sydney home on fire while refurbishing a pair of classic cars.

Paul Seychelle, 47, and Matthew Thompson, 44, were restoring a 1968 Ford Mustang Fastback and a 1961 Ford Mustang Boss 302 when the arc welder they were using sparked a fire in the ground floor garage shortly before 1.30pm.
