I have electric motor headlights but mine are different style to these ( http://mcspeed.homestead.com/Our_Products.html ). Mine uses a pontiac firebird motor to flip it! My wiper door is electric also and it uses an actuator like those in the ad! works great, just a bit slower than standard opening time. That system looks good to me! and a reasonable price, when I bought my actuator they were around $400oz each anyway (2006, warehouse is near me) so $895us is reasonable depending on shipping.
