Hi Mick, are you really referring to the PCV valve, that normally plugs into one of the Rocker Covers, or the Vacuum Tree for the lights etc. that normally screws into the Intake Manifold? If you mean the vacuum tree, I had a similar issue. I made one up by taking a brass hex plug and drilling into two of the hex faces and soldering brass fittings in for the vacuum take offs. If you advise that we're talking the same thing, I'll take a photo in a day or so.

Found a photo, you can see the brass vacuum tree at the back of the manifold. Does this help?
