Hello All I am new here
I am hoping some one may be able to assist me
I have two C3`s A 69 & 70
My 69 has  tilt column
I am  looking for a good parts brake down
 of this unit
I have a  Gm fiche  print out, but that is not of any help

There seem to be something missing above the preload ring
upper bearing
I think it may have a spring missing
that would hold the the bearing in place  when the column is tilted.

any one have any ideas
Bob
