Haha.  You'd think there would be more pics/info than that if it was for real!

I've never heard of such a factory car.

According to Corvette Fever, 6 were designed by California Custom Coach in Pasadena -- it doesn't mention GM. They were cut and shut. One prototype and 5 production vehicles built, each customized to the retirements of the buyer.
