Title: REMOVING AIRPUMP AND EGR VALVE LT1
Post by: sooty on June 05, 2010, 09:27:02 PM
HI Everyone
I have read a few threads on removing the airpump with its plumbing and also removing the EGR Valve.  Has anyone here had experience with either of these as I have heard removing the EGR requires installing a new PROM to cancel out the SES light.  Any advice would be appreciated,  Thanks,  Sooty!

95/96 LT1

96 is OBDII , you get codes coming up if you look at the car.

95 is OBDI. Most of the time you can delete something and not throw a code
